sanluca.cc is a cycling roadbook application. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We're committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.
Account information: Email, username, and profile details you provide.
Content you create: Routes, comments, and uploaded files.
Usage data: How you interact with the service, device information, and technical logs.
Consent records: When you accept our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, we record your IP address and timestamp as proof of consent for legal compliance.
Location data: With your consent, for live tracking and location-based features.
Payment information: When you subscribe, your payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. We receive only basic transaction details (last four digits of your card, billing country, and payment status)โnever your full card number or CVV.
We use your data to provide and improve the service, communicate with you, ensure security, and comply with legal obligations. For EU users, we process data based on contractual necessity, your consent, our legitimate interests, or legal requirements as appropriate.
We share data with service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, payments, maps, error monitoring, scheduling). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data. We may also share data when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Content you make public is visible to other users. We don't sell your personal information.
You can access, correct, or delete your data through your account settings. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), or similar laws, including the right to data portability, to restrict processing, or to object to certain uses.
To exercise your rights, email us at [email protected]. Include "Privacy Request" in the subject line.
We keep your data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, though publicly shared content may remain as part of the community.
Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by Swedish tax law. This includes transaction dates, amounts, and invoice details, but not your payment card information.
Your data may be processed in countries outside your own. We use appropriate safeguards (like standard contractual clauses) for international transfers.
The service is not intended for children under 13. Users aged 13-18 need parental consent.
We may update this policy and will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice.
