sanluca.cc is a cycling roadbook application that provides interactive maps, elevation profiles, and route information. By using our service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account (with parental consent if under 18). You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Please use accurate information when signing up.
You own the routes, comments, and files you create. By posting content on sanluca.cc, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative works from your content in connection with the service. This license continues even if you stop using the service or delete your account.
Content you make public becomes part of the community and may remain available indefinitely. Don't upload anything illegal, harmful, or that infringes on others' rights.
sanluca.cc offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free accounts have limited features, while paid subscriptions unlock the full experience. New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial to explore all premium features before being charged.
During your trial, you can cancel at any time without being charged. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged.
Payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider. We don't store your full credit card details—only the last four digits for reference. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel.
If your payment fails, we'll notify you and retry a few times before suspending your premium access. You can update your payment method anytime in your account settings.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you'll keep access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free plan.
We don't offer refunds or prorated credits for unused time remaining in your billing period. The 14-day free trial gives you time to fully evaluate the service before being charged.
We may change subscription prices from time to time. We'll give you at least 30 days notice before any price increase affects your subscription. The new price will apply at your next billing cycle after the notice period.
Cycling involves inherent risks. Route information on sanluca.cc may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. You're solely responsible for your own safety, equipment, and judgment when using any route information. Always verify routes independently and assess conditions before riding.
We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during your activities.
Our AI route features are for planning purposes only. AI-generated routes may contain errors, cross unsuitable roads, or miss real-world hazards like closures or private property. Always verify AI suggestions before riding.
We provide sanluca.cc "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months (if anything). We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Don't misuse the service. This includes attempting unauthorized access, disrupting the platform, scraping data, impersonating others, or harassing users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You can delete your account anytime in your settings. We may also terminate accounts for violations or legal reasons. Upon termination, your personal data will be deleted, but publicly shared content may remain.
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes will be handled in Stockholm courts. If you're an EU consumer, your local consumer protection laws also apply where they offer greater protection.
We may update these terms and will notify you of significant changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain valid.
